If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card. Before your check in: Complete the check in form to help us prepare for your stay and make your arrival smooth. For self check in property, you can access the property through a Smary DoorLock-KeyNest Store nearby-lockbox. To make your check in as easy as possible, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, so we can ensure everything is ready for you. For guest screening and verification, we will kindly ask for a photo of your ID and a payment evidence. This is part of our easy and secure self check in process. To verify payment, a screenshot of the payment transaction from your bank or payment provider (not from the booking platform). "Could verify improved"

Happy with view, parking and 2 showers. Enjoyed being in Docklands and away from the busy CBD with kids. Pool and gym facilities are good.

Picking up keys from a lock box in supermarket. Carpets were dirty. Bathrooms were dirty. Requested a copy of my bank statement to verify payment even though they had charged my card 1 week in advance. Need a better system. Dropped keys to a lock box that wasn't even locked. Building manager has previously advised them of this.

"We were disappointed when we arrived due to the smell and the lack of cleanliness. location good."

The location was good and close to public transport. The view was good.

The apartment was not clean. The bathroom had black mould along the base of the shower. The carpet was stained. It smelt when we arrived.

I liked it had 2 bathrooms the room and the design the view was nice too

Advertised washer and dryer that is false advertisement, as the dryer was not working ...we had planned to bring half the clothes that we intended purely because we had the washer and dryer in our room,,,the room also was NOT clean actually it was disgusting ...we could not use the pool as we liked as the dryer was crap for towels etc ...tried to call the property managers listed on the key no response at all from calls and SMS ...the people at reception are useless they kept saying call the number on the key...also only 1 key given to us so inconvenient for a family ...gee this was a fiasco and will not be using these people again ....I have stayed in many apartments and they should learn what they do in the gold coast which is outstanding...the room is not cheap at over $300 a night not worth $100 ....I wonder if anyone will respond to this negative review as noone wanted to help when I needed it ...

good location to the CBD and relaxing quiet environment

the linein aren’t very clean. there were some blood spots even. can’t change the towel after swimming either. very inconvenient to only have one set of keys .

Fabulous property…amazing location. Super comfortable beds and was well cleaned and stocked with glasses, cutlery and bits and pieces in kitchen. Pool and spa facilities were great

Location was ideal for what we needed. The view was fabulous. Clean and comfortable.

The check-in/out process was a bit OTT, verging on paranoia. Creepy guy at the supermarket where the key lockbox was. No oven trays. No glasses only mugs, wine goblets or paper cups.

great view

There was no coffee there. Huge stain on the couch, lots of stains on the carpet in the bedroom. Being told to send bank statement proof of payment after i have paid via booking.com is atrocious and to repeatedly message about it annoying. If i hadnt already paid i wouldve canceled the whole thing just from the constant messaging from them. Also we left a toy behind and they made getting it back extremely difficult and wanting to charge multiple costs for it. Tried getting onto Netflix but the 5 spots always showed up as being in use by people.
