주변 환경이 편리하고 쇼핑몰 접근성이 좋다. 객실환경도 깨끗하고 특히 침구와 매트리스 컨디션이 좋아서 숙면을 취할 수 있었다

Good location for mid level shopping - a huge LIVAT mall is less than 10min walk away, Sam’s club is just next door, huge choice of dining options too. Nice little 7-11-like groceries in the next building too. 30min drive from the airport. Bed super comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

Breakfast options were limited, floors in my room felt dirty, room very basic, more like 3*. AC barely works. Soundproofing is poor.

Mr. Jason Sun, GM, led a team of staff who are very professional, helpful & courteous, especially Leo Liu & Mily. Mr. Sun himself stopped by every morning to make sure we were comfortable or need any help. Nice, clean, comfortable room with a good breakfast buffet. Walking distance to Metro & shopping mall.

it was a good place to stay. It is like a new refreshing wine in an old wine skin botte. The property is old and may use some new renovation. The staff members were friendly and helpful despite our language difficulties. They were patient and understanding. The attend to all our needs and the only one that they were not successful with is the air-conditioning system. They took every complaint seriously and were happy to fix them. The dining place was not as busy as we had in Shanghai so the management may need to look into that. Overall, it was very good service, and we hope to stay there again in the future.

The air conditioning was deliberately turned off low and rooms were suffocated

Love that there's a mall about 5mins walk from the hotel, it is huge and has many food and shopping options if you don't want to travel out. Hotel location might be a little far from the main city area, but i liked it the tranquility around the area. The nearest metro station is about 10-15mins walk through the mall nearby.
