I went to see Nevertel at the key club and the wren is only 3 minutes walk away so the location was good. Was slightly loud at night due to football but was to be expected. Shower was good and beds very comfortable.

Very central . Friendly and helpful staff.

A side door leading to the fire escape has to be used if checking out early or coming back late. The noise of the door dragging on metal was extremely loud and my room Was next to it. The shower wasn’t great and sounds like a small aeroplane. I think the place has a tired look and feel about it . The TV came on of its own accord at some time during the night so all in all it wasn’t a restful experience . Has great potential .

Staff were lovely, 15% off drinks if you stay here, room was fine for a 1 night stay and how much it cost. Close location to arena

Location. Kept awake till 6am when bars and clubs closed. The music volume was another level.

Fantastic room, convenient location, very friendly staff

Bathroom smelt of bad drains. It was very noisy at night - clubs and games arcade opposite. Probably not an issue for a younger guest but not so good for me on a work trip.

The location is fabulous. Its near the arena, is perfect if going to see a show.. It's not far from the train station. Lots of places to eat nearby. The main shopping area is just a few minutes away. The staff are polite. professional snd the hotel rooms are well maintained and clean. Good value for money. There's a bar to get a drink before a show at the arena.

It is located in a lively arena. So there is a little noise, which is expected for the location.
