It was in good location in Leeds, near pubs..cafes, shopping centre and restaurants. Not too far away from Leeds railway station, but if you have a heavy case, then taxi might be required

I was already warned by booking.com that it can get a bit noisy in the evening because there is a music venue nearby. I have no complaints whatsoever. As long as you're warned in advance about any possible problems, then you have been given sufficient warning

We stayed over a rare UK heat wave and the room was extremely warm, old building in the sun can't be helped much. Mattress was a very springy

Very noisy door all night. Bathroom needs a good scrub (mould all over the shower).

Perfect location in heart of the city (if you don’t mind a bit of street noise, fine with windows closed). I needed to drop my bag and collect my key early due to being at a festival, and the staff were so helpful to facilitate this, which I really appreciated! Comfy beds too.

Facilities need a bit of an update. Couldn’t get any hot water for shower, didn’t have time to contact anyone to sort it out before my train. Not hotel’s fault but it was heatwave during the stay, so a fan would be good to add to rooms.

The location was very central, pretty accommodating. Check out is easy.

The location is good, but it's surrounded by nightclubs so not very good if someone is a light sleeper. The room was a bit dark, we needed the lights on during the daytime.

The property is in a fantastic location. Located in the centre of Leeds, you are in the main shopping district within five minutes walk. The room, whilst the decor is dated, it is perfectly clean and the room size was great. Functionally, it is a great hub for groups going to gigs/concerts around the Leeds area - the value of money just cannot be beat.

Please note it is located right in the night social district of Leeds City Centre - so it is NOISY(!) and will be, well into the early hours of the morning. If you don't mind noise like that and you can sleep through anything, then this place would be great for you.
