Location very good in city centre. The one member of staff we saw was pleasant. Bed comfortable.

Shower sounded like an electric generator - extremely noisy. Only access in and out of property at night was through a fire escape, which was right outside our room. Loud scraping noise then bang each time anyone used it. Also an illuminated green exit sign in our room was on all night.

The young lady who at reception was really helpful and the location to the concert i was going to could not have been better

It was a short overnight stay and there was genuinely nothing I didn't like

Bed was ok soft, clean shower but shower leaked water everywhere, lovely hot water

The room was not what I booked and not in any of the photos, dirty floor, dark dingy cold, no view, lighting was Horrendous, cupboard which I thought was for clothes well you can see in the pictures. Tv didn't work lamp was like something out of the skip... The room I thought I was getting had a kitchen, microwave, 2 big windows with views, definitely not what I got, definitely would not stay here again. Plus side bed was soft and you get hot water .. We had a free room upgrade and it was 3 storey. It was lovely. Also, I had an accident while there, my knee gave way on me going up the stairs, causing me to tumble down 2 steps. I went to hospital, I dislocated and chipped my knee, so had to call parents to collect me as couldn't make the train. My friend went to find someone to ask if it was ok for us to stay in the room until they got to us. She couldn't find anyone. But a little later house cleaning knocked and shouted up, so I asked him to come up. I explained the situation and he let us stay a little longer for our lift. When my lift arrived, he explained to my dad where to go to get back away from the hotel towards the motorway. He was lovely and very helpful.
