Location was fantastic

The fact that the lock broke when we tried to enter the property after our night out. Luckily the bar was open and the staff tried to help commenting that the lads last week said the lock was dodgy and eventually did open the door but then proceeded to lock himself and my sister inside. Eventually he got the door open and had to leave us with tools in case we needed to get out, not good if there had been a fire as we were on the top floor and potentially wouldn’t have been able to open the door. We were told that he had our number and would pass this onto the owners but we have heard nothing at all not even an apology. Was it worth £180 for the night, maybe if we’d had slept but because of the door we were up all night wondering if we’d be able to get out or if someone was just going to walk in. Just didn’t feel safe.

Room door very hard to unlock No full length mirror for pictures Bad lighting And very loud until the early morning so bring ear plugs and eye mask if a light sleeper. No hand towel No hand soap only shampoo

The room was very cold. Very loud till late hours (Stayed on Tuesday, heard people from another place until 2/3am.)

No heating, luke warm shower at best, noisy late night bars near by. The bedroom was very cold and I was unable to lock my bedroom from the outside because the key lock was not working properly. The staff was very helpful upon arrival - the problem was with the room and the later it got the colder it was.

Perfect location, with the city centre right outside the door. Friendly and professional staff. Room was comfy and spacious. Excellent value for money.

Was a bit difficult to use the shower. It did work fine, just took me a while to work out how to sort it.
