Excellent value for money Leeds City centre, great location, nice bar, couldn't fault it for the money. Room was extremely clean and everything I required Excellent customer service, especially from Simon who addressed and immediately sorted out a small problem I had. Booked to stay again.

Staff were welcoming

One of the windows was broken and would not open. The room needed a comfy chair. The shower curtain. The shower was very slow draining and the tray quickly filled up - I had to turn the shower off to prevent it overflowing. The shower room needed somewhere to put items like toothbrush etc. The flow had a brown sticky liquid in one corner.

Very central . Friendly and helpful staff.

A side door leading to the fire escape has to be used if checking out early or coming back late. The noise of the door dragging on metal was extremely loud and my room Was next to it. The shower wasn’t great and sounds like a small aeroplane. I think the place has a tired look and feel about it . The TV came on of its own accord at some time during the night so all in all it wasn’t a restful experience . Has great potential .

I went to see Nevertel at the key club and the wren is only 3 minutes walk away so the location was good. Was slightly loud at night due to football but was to be expected. Shower was good and beds very comfortable.
