Spot on. Family room with dbl and bunks. V clean. Good attitude towards social distancing. V helpful. Breakfast gorgeous. Would def stay again.

"Great B&B"

Greeted by Kate and her 2 lovely dogs, made very welcome. Lovely of her to contact that afternoon to check out what time we would arrive. Covid measures in place. Ordered brekkie for the next day. Great night sleep both nights Brekkie was very tasty using local sources ingredients. Ideally located for Lyme Regis and Beer. Fab weekend away thank you Kate!

Kate was the perfect host, we were made to feel very welcome. We stayed in a family en-suite which suited us perfectly. The breakfast was gorgeous. Thank you Kate.

My family loved staying here. Kate is an amazing host and made us feel welcome in her home. The children loved the three dogs and enjoyed playing with the toys in the 'hidden' toy room. The location is quiet and tranquill and it is so convenient for days out in Lyme Regis and Charmouth. The breakfasts were amazing! We will definitely be going back for another stay...

Kate is a lovely pleasant lady and it was a pleasure to stay here and chat with her. She has the most lovely little dogs and the farmhouse is the perfect old English farmhouse. She's a great cook and only uses proper local bacon in the breakfast, with plenty of other options if you don't want a full English. Only quibble is that the shower is crap - but I suppose we could have had a bath.
