Kates Farm Bed and Breakfast

Lovely time @ the B&B - very cosy indeed on a autumn weekend.

Lovely couple of days away despite the awful weather. Kate was a lovely host, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good, room good. Dog friendly and Kates dogs are lovely. Good base to explore area.

Kate as a host was flawless, breakfast was made to suit our dietary requirements. One downside that small family room doesn’t comes with an en-suite, which I missed in description whilst booking. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at Kate B&B. Kate has 2 dogs, both are very friendly. Another thing which my one year daughter loved whilst at B&B. I’ll highly recommend Kate’s B&B. All government guidance were also followed due to Covid-19.

Thank you Kate. Enjoyed every minute. First class host, establishment and breakfast! We will be back with friends and family.

A fantastic place to stay, a warm welcome and great accommodation

My wife and I stayed here with our dog for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay and Kate was a great host. We had the garden room, which was great for us as the door leads out to the garden so we could let the dog out any time we wanted. The room is not large but big enough for a few nights and we had no problems at all. The farm house has a large room next to the garden room, which is used for breakfasts, but can also be used any time you wanted. It had the tables and chairs for breakfast, but also sofa and a tv. Kate could not do enough for us and always asked if we wanted anything. The breakfast she made was great and used great local products. We will stay again when in this area.

we Read the reviews of the place but we found it to be different the room was not as clean as we expected,the breakfast had hair in it on both the mornings we was there.

Kate is an excellent host, has a lovely farmhouse and is a very good cook. We can definitely can recommend a stay here.

lovely house , lovely host, breakfast was great. lovely relaxed stay. Only thing to mention was the bed was a bit soft for me but you cant please everyone, would definatley go back.
