"Stayed many,many times and always rated it high until my last stay."

Breakfast as usual was great as was the lady on reception in the morning.

Maybe have night staff be a bit more welcoming. When I say good morning to staff serving breakfast maybe it would be nice if they even acknowledge me and not just blank me. Rude! I won't be staying here again.
