Our host was incredibly professional, warm and welcoming. I have NEVER stayed anywhere so spotlessly clean - it really was 5 star standard absolutely everywhere in the property. The hotel is cosy and has the most breathtaking views from the room we stayed in. We will definitely return!

Westcliff Cosiest Hotel ever with a private garden right next to the sea where you can enjoy your dinner watching the sun go down. Also make sure you book a room with seaview, it’s definitely worth it. I could literally see the sea from my bed…! So cool! The Hotel itself is like oldscool plush and vitage, but everything looks brand new and like renovated just recently (My bathroom definitely WAS brand new. And big plus for continental visitors: no carpet in the bathroom, if you know what I mean) On top of all that the great host Loreta makes sure you‘ll have everything you need and feel welcome and comfortable at all times. Location is perfect, 5 min to the beach, 10min down town, half an hour drive to the Lake District. A definite recommendation!

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Loreta was kind and friendly at check in. Room spotless with a great view. Private garden overlooking the beach brilliant. Bathroom clean and had all I needed. Perfect location. Great value for money.

Bed a tiny bit firm for my tastes - but I do generally like a softer bed!
