Major decline from last visit in 2023. Breakfast buffet quality has dropped significantly, good variety but awful quality. The staff at the breakfast buffet didn’t direct us to the members area despite being a platinum member, we only found out the members area on the last day. The club lounge also faces cost cutting with a decline in quality of food, boiled carrots and prawn crackers were served as a “hot dish.” No turn down service was offered unlike the previous visit. Staff were okay and attentive.

前台黃博先生服務態度很好。笑容很舒服啊！ 房間景觀非常好！面對港珠澳大橋 另外一邊又可以看到澳門城市景。

浴缸相信沒有洗刷，仍然有俗稱*老泥的污垢。清潔馬虎。我要自行清潔完才可浸浴。绝对要改善。 浴室門也关不实。浴袍有点殘舊，應該要更換了。

This is an amazing property, one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Spectacular views, great restaurant, friendly staff, excellent infrastructure

各方面也很好，唯一有項有意見，因我們有習慣晚間長開洗手間燈，方便夜晚醒來要去洗手間或飲水，但洗手間燈會自動熄 （估計是環保關係），這方面有點不便

It’s modern, clean and most of the staff were friendly and professional.

Some of the staff at the lobby bar and at the front door were not helpful, which was a shame as most of the staffs are friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast buffet needs improvement and to bring it up to standard.
