"Love the hotel , but would like to make sure all parties staying get breakfast as we payed for that amount of people."

Location and facilities were good.

We booked for 3 persons and did not receive 3 breakfast tickets for the buffet. I also booked this online and payed for it in full , not reserved and at the end my wife had to pay again at the counter. If this is the case why was I charged ahead of time ? We should be able to pay ahead of time and have this process complete and finished; not paying again out of a deposit at the desk.

The food at the intercontinental zhuhai is always awesome. Having lived there for 18 years. It was nice to be back and to an awesome property! The workers tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The club lounge needs improving when it comes to food catering.

Little issues with cleaning and small misunderstanding, all acceptable and made up for

Facilityties are very nice, easy access and a great view to the ocean and Hong Kong-Macau-Zhuhai bridge. The service for the excutives floor is like anithig I have experinace before.
