Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Medford by IHG

Clean and efficient

Wasn’t a place for us to sit and eat

First time staying at this IHG Express in Medford. Located right off the freeway and there is an excellent Mexican restaurant in walking distance, Las Margaritas Bar and Grill. I would stay here again.

This is a very modern, very clean hotel on a quiet street. The breakfast was exceptional. Something for everyone with some innovations. Staff was very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again

We checked in around 4 o’clock and tried to take a nap after our long drive. Unfortunately, it sounded like furniture was being moved in the room above us and couldn’t sleep. The next morning somebody from maintenance walked into our room at 9 AM while my son was still sleeping. Then they were pounding on the wall next to us so we were unable to sleep in. My son was sick and this was definitely not how we wanted our stay to go.

Variety for hotel food. Could use more real food: proteins and greens.

The body odor on the sheets, pillow cases and towels. They were washed but not enough soap, not enough hot water or most likely energy star washers that use so little water you can't rinse them clean. Also the shower head had very low pressure and hard to get your hair and head wet and the soap and conditioner rinsed out.

The staff preparing breakfast, was polite, accommodating, pleasant to talk to, and greeting everyone. Everything was always at ones disposal. Thank you!👍
