Podere Poggio al sole

The property is at a dreamy location with a scenic view to the hills. A perfect place to enjoy the Tuscany countryside. The owner does a very good job in keeping everything super clean and tidy making sure we feel comfortable. And the most important thing… Signora Manola (owner) is the most hospitable and sweet person! She gave us a very warm welcome and was helpful throughout our entire stay. We are so grateful to have chosen this place for our holidays and we will definitely come back again!

Beautiful Tuscan views, amazing grounds and swimming pool

Stayed 9 nights, no clean sheets offered, made to feel guilty about asking for extra loo roll or drop of milk (we’d had long journey). Grass overgrown. Italy is expensive but I did not think this was value for money.

The owner and host was super helpful - she even ironed my dress (was heading for a wedding)… As she discovered that on top it was my birthday I’ve got sweet little handwritten note with wishes and flowers!
