This hotel is clean and located in a good area. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. I have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Hotel is convenient off the freeway. Very courteous and professional staff at the checkin. Room was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Every time I opened the mini fridge the GFCI popped loudly and the room lost power. We told the front desk right after we checked in and were told to just reset the button. No one came to make sure there wasn’t a fire hazard. Other than that, the room was clean and had no smells. AC was cold.

Everything was excellent. Maintained at the same high standards I have come to appreciate after several stays here. Staff was welcoming and as always made me feel at home. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming. I did notice one area that could use some attention however. The exterior grounds and parking area could use some attention as regards cleanliness. Nothing major, but starting to show that some attention to detail would be helpful in presenting the best first impression of your fine establishment.

Really wide walk-in shower! Threshold sweep on door helped keep out light and some of the noise. Mini fridge had a freezer compartment - yay! We were able to refreeze the reusable freezer packs we keep in the car cooler for snacks. Full sized bed pillows. Both tea and coffee offered with in-room coffee maker. A definite plus for us frequently forgotten tea drinkers. Almost immediately upon entering the room, a fuse blew and plunged us into darkness. The Hubs went to the front desk and explained the problem, Without turning around or taking her eyes from the computer screen she was watching, the clerk told him that, oh yeah, everything in that room is run through the GIF. The breaker is over the microwave. Just push the button. He came back and did so - power restored. But maybe a little more "customer service" in the customer service next time? A little goes a long way. No toilet seat lid in the bathroom which we find very unsanitary. Otherwise it was a very nice room.

Beds are great

Fairly well maintained hotel, continental breakfast was good, area was easy to get to. Blankets had a smell to it on one of the beds but other than that, was clean.
