Ragioni di carattere storico-architettonico rendono la camera non sufficientemente illuminata da luce naturale. Inoltre non è stato possibile chiudere la porta (scorrevole) del bagno perché incastrata nello scrigno.

Everything! Cannot say enough wonderful things about Marta and her helpers. Every question was responded to immediately and was terribly helpful with a couple of personal requests. The Breakfast was personalized and fantastic up on the deck where we were able to enjoy a spectacular view of the mountains and Sulmona! Our room had every comfort one needs when away from home. They even cleaned our rooms daily. The icing on the cake was 2 evening dinners at Marta’s restaurant just off the Plaza Garibaldi. Not to be missed. I can not imagine how she can improve on her services. Thanks for a lovely stay of 8 days!!

Marta, as host, is very welcoming and ready to help. She helped us with the parking and also to get a last minute dinner reservation on a Saturday night, which is not easy in Sulmona. Breakfast on the rooftop is fantastic but not available in the winter months as it is too cold. In general I would say that the stay there would be best enjoyed during the warmer months.

Marta was a wonderful host! She is extremely detail-oriented and anticipated all of our needs as guests in a new city. She made excellent restaurant recommendations and she herself and her worker provided an absolutely amazing breakfast! We enjoyed eating on the roof with a 360 degree view. The pictures in this listing do not do this B&B justice. You will not be disappointed if you book here. Thank you Marta! We'll be seeing you when we visit Sulmona again one day!

Struttura bellissima e accogliente. Ottima la posizione. Disponibilità del personale e in particolar modo di Marta, la proprietaria, che si è dimostrata gentile e attenta in ogni momento del nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!!!

We love the hotel! Marta was such a great host! She communicated well, answered all of our questions right away! Warm welcome and clear instructions/orientation from her. Our room was amazing! It felt like we were in a cave - tastefully furnished, with modern conveniences. I love the shower! Great water pressure and drainage. Shower gel smelled good too - not overpowering. Towels were the terry material - absorbed better. And breakfast - yes, you do have to go up a flight of stairs. But the setting is fantabulous! Rooftop, great spread, cooked eggs. Mariana (and the other lady) were so attentive and friendly. Marta also checked in on us during breakfast. And - Marta has a restaurant within walking distance. I highly recommend you try it - excellent service, food, staff & host (Alessandro).

Everything. It’s was stunning. Great character, charm and beauty. The rooftop garden for breakfast has a view to dream of.
