"Fantastic stay in a historic centrally located property"

Great location to walk around Sulmona. Quiet with very comfortable beds. Historic property. Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent with amazing views of the city and mountains (just be prepared for several flights of stairs). Roof top is open to guests during their stay for relaxing, viewing the sunset etc.

La proprietaria ci ha messo subito a nostro agio presentandoci la struttura e la città, consigliandoci dei ristoranti e dei luoghi d'interesse. La camera era molto spaziosa e ben curata nei dettagli. Pulizia impeccabile. La colazione ricca di prodotti locali e gustata su una meravigliosa terrazza con vista su Sulmona e sui parchi circostanti. Consigliatissimo.

"This was really relaxing stay at a place very conveniently located in Old town Sulmona"

The location was fantastic. We were able to walk all over beautiful, old town Sulmona. The hostess helped us make wonderful dinner reservations. The breakfast was out of this world and enough food to last the entire day

"Truly authentic Italian experience in a beautiful small town."

A very authentic building, beautifully decorated. The outside and courtyard area maintain the old style charm while our room was a mix of modern and retro. The highlight of the stay is the amazing and delicious breakfast on top of the Terrace where you have a beautiful view of the town. It was the perfect opportunity to converse with other guests.

Don't use your GPS to get to the property, follow the directions that Marta will give you. It was my fault for not reading the details.

"The most perfect Italian stay!"

Everything. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. The breakfast was out of this world. You can’t ask for a better location - charming and you can walk everywhere. Marta was absolutely incredible to us! We cannot say enough good things about this property.
