This is a great place run by a lovely couple! It is very beautiful and relaxing because of the big garden with lazy chairs and a jacuzzi. We spend two nights in the junior suite facing the garden, it was very comfortable. Donatella is a pastrychef and the breakfast was completely amazing, it was perfect with beautiful cakes with a lot of love put in them. I would give them an 11 of it was possible and advise everyone to go here!!

Beautiful, charming hotel! SUPER comfortable bed, my husband and I really liked this hotel. The host was very nice and I wish I got more than one night hear. Hope I can return!

Best experience! Owners are extraordinary - warm, welcoming, charming. Really enjoyed the stay in this historical building and the lovely breakfast with delicious homemade cakes in the marvellous garden.

One of the most enjoyable hotels we've stayed in. Convenient location, free parking in a closed courtyard, beautiful comfortable room, spectacular romantic garden, extremely kind owners, excellent breakfast with all the finest ingredients, especially the wonderful cakes made by the owner.

We loved everything.

We stayed in the Zodiac Room, which has frescos on the ceiling and beautiful antique furniture. The room is right off a shared common area which is also palatial and furnished with antiques. If you want to experience lifving in an autherntic Italian palazzo, this is the place! The owners are very freindly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

This exquisite building is a beautifully kept old family palace. The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. The beds, pillows, linen were the best we’d had in weeks of travelling. The Ricci family were so helpful and friendly. The homemade breakfast spread was exceptional!!

Beautifully decorated, lovely and warm, great reception and lovely chat with the owners over breakfast.

The owners are very friendly and nice people. Great location but Chiusi is small. Large and quiet room with minibar. Good, spacious shower. Very pretty and cozy garden, where you can have breakfast and maybe a glass of wine. Unstable Wi-Fi, comes and goes. The room, on the top floor, was like this. Downstairs at the reception and breakfast seemed better. Breakfast was good with lots of sweets, but also unsweetened yogurt, nuts and cold cuts. There was a lack of fresh fruit and more of the savory part. Difficulty: Stairs to get to the room: 2 floors. The owners give you several keys, and the one that opened the door that gives access to 2 rooms was difficult to open and made me give up going out at night. They had already warned me and I advise anyone who goes to ask to be shown what it's like, in person.

Price a little expensive for what it offers: I've stayed in good hotels in Italy with all the comforts for less. But there are not many accommodation options in Chiusi and this B&B is of above average quality. The service provided by the owners is a highlight, they are very attentive and helpful
