La struttura ha un problema all impianto di riscaldamento acqua sanitaria. Impossibile usare la doccia. Avrebbero dovuto avvisare gli ospiti prima dell arrivo per lasciare libera scelta se confermare o trovare altra struttura. Comportamento del tutto scorretto. Peccato una bella struttura rovinata da una gestione non attenta.

Amazing pastries at breakfast, and the hosts couldn't have been more delightful. He picked fresh persimmons off their tree for us to eat before we left!!

Bathroom had not been well cleaned...but everything else was perfect.

Very accommodating staff. We were warmly welcomed and assisted - treated as family arriving. The location is close to great places to visit. Stay more than one night.

Residenza Dei Ricci was an excellent place to spend a few nights and explore Chiusi and its surroundings. The hosts were welcoming and accomodating in every respect. Breakfasts were great- a varied choice with home made delicacies.

Staying at this historic building was a delight. Our host Julia was especially helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful, spotless and charming. The bed and linens were very comfy. Breakfast was a lovely presentation and delicious. Everything we could want. Building is in the small town of Chur which you can walk around easily. We had the most wonderful meal just a 5 minute walk from our room

The B & B is in a palazzo dating back to the 1600's, with original murals on the walls and ceiling of each room that date back to 1614, and are in excellent condition. The furniture and other decor are thoughtfully chosen to go along with that. Our host was the daughter of the couple who usually run the place, covering for them while they were away. She was eager to help, but a little overwhelmed. There are beautiful gardens out back, and free parking. The breakfast had the best croissants we've tasted on this trip.

Bathroom door wouldn't fully close. There was lots of street noise (a big festival was on the night we stayed). There was no comfortable chair in our room. The clawfoot tub had a sort of strange shower arrangement with a conical tent-like curtain.
