El servicio fue inigualable, todo el personal fue muy amable, el lugar muy tranquilo y hermoso, la alberca excelente a temperatura ambiente, calientita… los alimentos bastante ricos y los precios accesibles Nos encantó! Seguro que volveremos pronto!!

El hotel esta excelente, super limpio y comodo, tiene buen estacionamiento de autoservicio. El restaurante esta muy rico y las porciones son grandes, valen lo que cuestan. El servicio de Edgar, insuperable. Muy buena opción si no quieres salir, ya que el centro del pueblo esta a unos 15 min en taxi. Sin duda regresaria

El hotel esta muy bien, el servicio a cliente excelente tanto en recepción como en restaurante. Esta en un lugar super tranquilo, solo que para personas que quieran estar cerca del centro de Tepoztlán no es opción La comida también está muy buena y bien presentada.
