The overall experience was amazing from the opulence to the service this hotel has it all. This hotel should be classed as one of the wonders of the world.

1. Location of the hotel is far out of the city and there are no nearby amenities. The hotel website is clear about the location from the city, however what we did think was unacceptable was the lack of food options, bearing in mind, there is nowhere else to go. The commune restaurant was closed for refurbishment when we stayed but we were given a piece of paper which explained that dinner was available in the quarry bar from 17.08pm. We went to the quarry bar after this time to find it completely empty, with no staff at the entrance and a barrier up, we tried to discuss with the staff via Google translate as they did not speak English and they confirmed the restaurant was open but only offered a multi course set menu. The only option was an Asian or western set (laksa or steak) which was limited and this wasn’t appropriate for us dining with our 3 year old daughter. We weren’t offered a children’s option. 2. We asked the staff in the lobby if there were any other dining options but the other 2 options were more formal than we required with a small child. Therefore we were told to order room service. We tried to order via WeChat but the site did not show all of the options on the paper menu in the room and when we tried to order it said everything was out of stock. We went back to the lobby where we were told someone would come to the room to take the order. When someone came to take the order, we ordered and the food arrived 55 minutes later. This was over an hour and a half after we initially went to the quarry bar for dinner. 3. When the food arrived, the hainanese chicken rice was stone cold and had to the sent back. It came back microwaved but the kitchen team hadn’t removed the salad so the tomato and cucumber salad on the side was piping hot and inedible. 4.

地上から地下に降りて行く不思議な感覚になるホテル。 　HOTELは非常に綺麗で部屋も広くスタッフも朝食も素晴らしい。 　ぢ、上海中心地やディズニーランドまとはかなり距離が有りますね
