Отель расположен в потрясающем месте — вид просто завораживает, особенно вечером во время шоу. Персонал очень дружелюбный и старается помочь, хотя уровень английского у большинства невысокий (что, впрочем, типично для Китая). Завтраки вполне хорошие, но не самые разнообразные.

Есть моменты, которые можно улучшить: Ужин показался средним — цены вполне приемлемые, но блюда могли бы быть вкуснее, хотя за такую стоимость это допустимо. Отель находится довольно далеко от центра Шанхая — поездки на такси занимают много времени и выходят дорого. В спа-комплексе сауны не слишком жаркие — возможно, кому-то это понравится, но лично я предпочитаю температуру повыше. Днем в лобби бывает сложно найти персонал, чтобы заказать кофе.

Nada! Hotel não tem o padrão de 5 estrelas e está velho é sujo. Tem sujeiras ao redor e até teia de aranha nas estruturas. Me colocaram em um quarto errado e me cobrou duas vezes. DECEPCIONANTE! Horrível… Segue fotos do estado real do hotel, UM LIXO!

The hotel is a real wonderland it is built on the most beautiful quarry with amazing waterfall. The rooms are as gorgeous and the staff is the best and willing to help at all times

Nothing really

I loved everything about this unique hotel. The reception had the most amazing staff – they spoke excellent English, were incredibly welcoming, and made me feel at home right away. The building itself is breathtaking, it’s almost unbelievable to imagine how it was constructed inside a former quarry. The coffee bar was a true highlight – I could even order a coffee with my own logo on it, without any hesitation. The show at the hotel was spectacular; even though it was in Chinese, it didn’t take away from the wow effect at all.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything worked perfectly, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
