Clean and comfortable beds, fully stocked breakfast room, everything matched the pictures. This place has everything we needed for a quick overnight stay along our cross country route.

The access road to the hotel is terrible. Big hole that you have to drive through to get to the hotel. High cost for poor sefvice. The person at the desk dressed sloppy with a hoodie, very unprofessional. Limited soft drinks, no vending. Very expensive .

It was very affordable

After a long 10 hour drive from Colorado I was looking forward to getting some sleep. Holiday Inn did just that. Beds are super comfortable, environment was very peaceful and relaxing. Hot breakfast was a plus and the parking lot was well lit and clean. Highly recommended 👍

Stopped here after a long drive (we were up since about 3 a.m.) on Saturday, October 12th, and was looking forward to a comfortable, quiet night, which is what we usually get at a HIE property. We got checked in reasonably well, room was clean, beds comfortable. We were in a room at the very end of the hall on the ground floor. What we DIDN'T know was that the door at the end of that hall led into the hotel's events center that was reserved for a party. This party had an incredibly-loud DJ, and we could hear this loud, thumping music through that door and our door. At about 10:30 I called the front desk and was told that the event room was reserved until 1 or 2 a.m. by this group, and that they had already told them at least once to turn it down. Front desk staff basically weren't any help and didn't take care of the issue. The loud music continued, so at 11:30 I took it upon myself to enter this birthday party and talk to the DJ. I told them that they may not have listened to the hotel staff, but if they didn't turn down the music, I'd be contacting the police. Returned to my room and the volume finally diminished by a small amount. I could still hear it but could at least try to sleep. If this hotel is going to continue to book late evening events, then there needs to be better sound-proofing between that area and the guest rooms.

After a horrendous day of travel we booked a hotel to avoid road closures through NM. We booked a king room and paid an up charge for it. We climbed into bed and an hour later the fire alarms started going off in the pool area- and off, and off, and off. The desk attendant told us it was due to some sort of ventilation issue in the pool area and we’d have to change rooms. We ended up in a queen room. In the am I asked the desk attendant for reimbursement for the up charge we had paid and was told he couldn’t do anything so I’d have to contact the manager. I’ve never had a hotel that couldn’t work that out on the spot. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was decent. Location is a bit off the beaten path.

Stayed here B4 and entrace driveway has potholes and mud puddles to drive thru to get to front entrance. Room keys didn’t work so had to make 2nd trip to front desk Staff not exactly friendly and left very early morning staff didn’t tear herself away from her IPad or whatever she was watching. Nice facility but the blackout drapes are very nice but mine were all tangled up - the house cleaning should have corrected that.

Made a reservation of 1 king size bedroom with sofa bed for my fam of 4 (husband, 2 little ones and myself). Went to customer service to ask for 2 extra pillows and blankets since the room had only for 2 people but they couldn’t give us 2 extras even though the reservation was for 4 people. The blind was broken so we couldn’t close it all the way. The floors looked like they needed to be mopped. A bug was crawling on the wall. 1 good thing; the room and bathroom were pretty big.

Property was well cared for with exception of bathroom. Not all hair care supplies had been restored. Other than that, no complaints at all!!
