Different accommodation nice property.

My 7 yo grandson and i spent a night in the Dolphin. Best experience ever! Communications were great. I received directions and entry information via text. Super easy! The unit was everything and more. From the themed furnishings and fully equipped kitchen to comfortable sleeping. There was more than enough room for the 2 of us. The unit actually does accomodate 6 sleeping. With outdoor dining and mini cafe set up inside, plenty of space to spread out. There is a deck at the rear of the property with chairs for relaxing by the water and even a corn hole toss game. The location was perfect for us. There was access to grocery, dining and local fare nearby. We took the drive out to Lighthouse Beach which didnt take as long as expected. When we arrived back after dusk, the torches lit our path. My grandson did not want to leave. We will be back.

Not adequate for 6 people as advertised

The concept is really nice

The bed sheets were not clean, there was hair and dandruff in my bed. The sheets were not changed. Also floors were very dirty.

Great little house and one of the only rentals I’ve gotten where we caught nice size fish off of the dock at the home

The island is still recovering from the hurricane but this spot is really nice.
