Location was very good

Very comfy beds but no mattress or pillow protectors hence the stains, duvet in the single bed was old and shredding. On arrival the mop was bone dry so no floor cleaning done! Needs more mirrors.

Good location to the centre and beach. Full kitchen facilities provided and washing machine - byo washing powder.

Lack of toilet rolls and no body wash for the shower. The central heating system needs maintaining so that all the radiators work. Toilet seat needs tightening and the shower door is a bit wobbly on the runners. It would have been a bonus if some basic cooking ingredients had been supplied, such as salt, pepper and oil.

What Breakfast ?

We didn’t like the steps in the place going into the lounge and up to the bedrooms.we are not stable on our feet that I booked a ground floor apartment thinking it was all on the same level. The shower was a bit claustrophobic plus we have a stool in ours as we can’t stand for too long. My Mother is 94 and she struggled. My Husband and I aren’t Able bodied so that’s why I thought It was All on one level other than that it was a lovely apartment.

The location is excellent and the apartment was generally clean, but quite scruffy, and lacked many of the features we have come to expect.

Communication with the owners was poor. Information about access to the property etc was sent only after a reminder on the day, and contained an incorrect WiFi code. This took several days to resolve. There was very little bedroom storage and two of the drawers in the only chest of drawers didn’t open. Most properties have a welcome pack, but no information about local facilities was provided. The kitchen had no spare bin liners, and only one tea towel, and the old oven was impossible to use as the numbers on the dial had worn away. We booked the apartment on the basis of positive reviews, but unfortunately it failed to live up to our expectations.

Easy to find with good parking Nice and clean with really comfortable beds

There seems to be no insulation between the two floors so you can hear everything that goes on in the flat above when anyone walks up there you can hear every step and when they use the bathroom please cover your ears

The location was very good, just a short walk down to Trearddur Bay. The views from the living room and kitchen were superb. The apartment was very clean.

There was no Internet. The bedrooms were very small with no space for bedside cabinets or lights. The exterior metal staircase could prove to be a challenge for elderly guests
