The owner Fiona is very great host and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great and my room is amazing. I could highly recommend this place.

Holly Lodge is situated above the spa village of Strathpeffer, a short walk downhill from all the facilities . we were made very welcome by Fiona and our room was very comfortable. In the morning not only did we have a superb breakfast but one was provided for our dog as well!

Extraordinary place (beautiful house with a history, garden) with very kind host/owner who does everything to make your stay nice and comfortable. Also, the view was stunning! Delicious and fresh breakfast.

"Warm welcome in Strathpeffer"

We had a warm welcome from Fiona. Very comfortable room for our short stay. The breakfast was superb and we particularly enjoyed the fresh eggs and honey. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Very comfortable bed and a beautiful freshly cooked breakfast. Shower had good water pressure and heat as well.
