Lovely and quiet and donkey sanctuary is not to far to visit and great if you like going out for long walks

Nothing to dislike

Self catering bungalow in quiet location on a holiday park, about 10 minutes drive from Sidmouth.

All luggage must be carried about 50 yards from a car. Toilet seat needs refixing.

Location was perfect. Easy get to many beaches and being able to visit the donkeys every day was perfect.

Sofa was a not very comfy to sit on in the evening, but not a problem as we were out most of the time.

Nice cottage in the holiday park. Good for couples with older kids. Good instructions provided by the host before we arrived.

Well, we went with 2 kids, 18 months and 3 years old, and as I said, it's a lovely cottage that I also have to say. It's not for small kids.

The photos are true to reality. It was clean and beds comfy except the bed settee, I think maybe a memory foam topper might help? We had to buy a bulb for one of the bedside lamps, but otherwise everything was clean and working. Biscuits, milk, coffee, tea and sugar sachets were supplied as were towels, washing up liquid, tea towel, bedding, hair dryer, ironing board- basically everything you could need. There was a dvd player and lots of dvds. There was a picnic bench outside. Parking is a very short distance away. The money that was already in the meter lasted 5 days and we had heater on and cooker on couple of times plus showered every day. The donkey sanctuary was easy walking distance - that was our main reason for staying. The park was very quiet just as I like it, there was no club house etc.

Bed settee- I think a mattress topper would improve it a lot! We couldn't work out the clothes airer, so maybe a washing line out back may be useful or a clothes airer that stays standing 😁

Location was ideal. Property was on the whole clean and was cozy.
