Clean room, tasty food, friendly restaurant staff, great game drive and guide, but poor service at reception and from manager.

Mr. Masinga welcomed us with a warm reception and escorted us to a different room, explaining that he had given away the room we originally booked. After failure to convince us to opt for a different room, we were left waiting for 3 hours before finally being issued a room — without any keys. The next morning, Mr. Masinga was extremely hostile toward us, which left us feeling disappointed and unwelcome. Although the manager apologized and promised to make it up to us, this never happened.

Well maintained game lodge. Dirt road to the lodge is better than 90% of our country's tar roads. No problem for a regular car. Lots of different wildlife to see. Place is so quiet and relaxing. Room shower is large and water pressure perfect. Towel warmer was lovely now in winter. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.

The meals were excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Cell signal wasn't a problem but the Wifi was great around the property as well.

It was quite cold in the rooms. We didn't keep the fire going all day, only at night but it meant you woke up in quite a cold space. Nothing a quick coffee didn't fix, and the hot water bottles were a nice touch.

The serenity of the facility and the the delicious food.
