Poor maintenance and service. "The room was dusty and the toilet was not clean, with holes in the ceiling and peeling paint. The iron provided near the lift was in terrible condition; the iron plate was damaged and ended up ruining my clothes. To make matters worse, the hotel did not have any back-up irons for guests. Very disappointing stay."

Location is good and convenient. It has lift and plenty of parking spaces.

The cleanliness of the room. The room smelled, floor was dusty, curtains were messy, remote aircond was missing, pillow case had stained. Overall, cleanliness aspects need to be improved.
