"Lovely peaceful lodge"

Love this lodge, had everything we needed. Beautiful site, lovely views from the decking. Warm and cosy, good shower. Soft comfy bedding. Really happy with our stay, will come again

"Had a fantastic stay."

Loved the location. Had an amazing meal at the pub on Sunday night. Lots of lovely walks. Plenty of space in the lodge. My son came up to meet us from university and stayed one night. The dogs had a ball in the river.

Could not work out how to work the washer. Buit no big deal.

"Fabulous short break!"

Everything we could possibly need for a holiday was in the Lodge, down to the tiniest detail. Comfy bed and beautiful quality clean bedding. Ample storage for food etc in the family sized fridge/freezer. We stayed 5 days and it felt like home from home. Short stroll to the on-site pub, which was very convenient too. Needed to contact the owner about a small television problem and it was sorted literally within hours. Exceptionally helpful. Would definitely stay again.

"Wonderful holiday with minor hiccups"

Location, facilities.

Cut fingernails on the floor in both kitchen and living room. Main bedroom too cramped. Confusing information about shower water heater.

Lovely lodge, clean and comfortable, everything we needed and more. Great location, very peaceful site and ideal for exploring the area. Loved sitting out on the covered veranda even in the rain. Good communication from owner with clear instructions and information. Loved our stay here, would stay again and recommend

Took me a while to work out the hob (or rather which pans to not use) as im not used to an induction hob, not a criticism but maybe a instruction manual or guidance to hand.
