The breakfast included was fantastic. Staff were super helpful. Pool was great, based in an ideal location. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying here next time we visit Nusa Penida.

I can't think of any further changes required to make our experience at this hotel more favourable than what it already was. Looking forward to staying here in the not to distant future! Thank you very much.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un bungalow con vista sull’oceano ed è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. La struttura è abbastanza curata e la vista è splendida. Anche il ristorante era molto carino: il cibo era buono e il servizio cordiale. Le piscine sono bellissime e molto scenografiche, ideali per rilassarsi. Abbiamo provato anche il massaggio della spa e la massaggiatrice è stata davvero molto brava. Nel complesso, un soggiorno abbastanza piacevole

Il ristorante propone nel menù diversi piatti che, una volta ordinati, risultano non disponibili. Lo stesso vale per la spa: alcuni trattamenti e servizi presenti nel listino in realtà non vengono effettuati. Ad esempio, avevamo richiesto la rimozione e la successiva applicazione dello smalto, ma ci è stato comunicato che non era un servizio offerto, nonostante fosse indicato nell’elenco. Inoltre, il secondo giorno abbiamo riscontrato la mancanza di acqua calda nella doccia e abbiamo trovato i cuscini sporchi. Fortunatamente, una volta segnalato il problema, lo staff è intervenuto immediatamente sostituendoli senza alcuna difficoltà.

Villas felt private, beautiful sunrise over the ocean every morning from my bed, friendly staff, gorgeous landscaping and so well kept. Infinity pool lined right with the ocean views from the loungers.

Only down side was the road under the pool was just a tad loud.

Everything was great.. Pool very good, lunch and dinner @ restaurant very good and staff very very friendly and nice..! Had a great time there.. also they provided free drop off and pick service from the port..! I recommend this place

Very beautiful property.. had booked sea facing bungalow but because of lizards inside the room I changed my room to sea view room… and need to improve on breakfast menu.!

Everything . World class restaurant & spa at unbelievable value . Facilities excellent . Two large pools . Staff genuine and accomodating . Five star . Staff arranged scooter hire and airport transfers . Seamless and professional standards.

Nous avons réservé une sortie en bateau Plongée assez dangereuse au premier point on nous a pas proposé de gilet nous étions novices Pas adapté pour les enfants Au 2eme arrêt nous avons pu plonger sans problème et voir quelques poissons À faire plus le matin que l’après midi car on nous a expliqué qu’en general la mer est plus calme

The people are the face of the company! Very helpful and friendly. The rooms with ocean view is the best. Double Bed is comfy. Waking up with the sunlight and ocean view is all I need! My 2nd time I visit this resort, was planning to scuba dive unfortunately got a bike crash. Good reason to go back for diving and resting in an excellent place!

My Indian neighbours were so loud partying until late. And they make a mess inside the rooms. However I could do my own things.
