Bon-Ami

Great value for money. A comfortable room for an adult and two children. Very clean.

We were on the third floor so lots of stairs.

We loved the location, close to amenities and local Kirkley Village shops but quiet at night. We both had rooms with sea view and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. We appreciated the exceptional cleanliness and simple decor, everything we needed and nothing we didn't. The communal lounge was a pleasant and useful facility, nice to sit in at the end of the day. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend the on Bon Ami. Excellent value for money.

Only small point, I thought the towels were rather thin.

The view and guest house was lovely.

Would have liked a lock on the bathroom door.

Location good for beach, shops and restaurants.

Many flights of stairs to 3rd floor!! Having to park in expensive car park.
