"Bad stay"

The location was good

We stayed in room 3. The bed base had cuts looks like been cut with a knife quite a few times top & bottom, when we slept on the bed we rolled into the middle of the bed & we contemplated even sleeping on the floor!!! we had hardly any sleep. Bathroom the shower tiles were brown/black inbetween the tiles & tiles bits were missing shower door was as rusty & broken, no fridge, the fan made a very loud noise when turned bathroom light on We have stayed at Bon-Ami twice we met the lady owner who spoke to us she was pleasant & polite on the first stay she said hope we had a good stay which we did but on the 2nd stay we did not speak or see anybody
