Location

The room had condersation and my clothes felt damp. Windows not double glazed. Cold and wardrobe full of electrical items. Quilt ok for summer not for cold nights

Excellent location with a sea view from bedroom

The room was very clean and the single bed was very comfortable ( I suffer with a bad back) so I was thankful that the mattress was firm. The room was very warm and cosy.

The room with seaview was excellent. Quiet , clean and comfortable. Local facilities near by. Great location .

My family and 1 stayed in room 10 up on the top floor, yes there was stairs, we was informed when booked as we had a message from the owner/ manager. So that's was fine.roo. was perfect. Clean , TV , kettle area and the sea view was lovely We left the room Clean, we even took of the sheets pillow cases and placed them in the bathroom floor. I used to work in hospitality and time saving and having guest leave the room clean and no damage is the key. I will book here again, it was a shame that I didn't see this lovely Guest house before . The cafe directly is perfect, for breakfast and parking out side is spaces first come. But it's all free. There is a carpark 20 yrs away and beach us 200 yrs straight ahead from the steps. Kindest to all
