Wonderful edwardian building by the front

Plastic plants at the property entrance do the place no justice! Lavender roses red robin etc are maintenance free

"Best place I've stayed in Lowestoft"

The landlady may be one of the nicest people I have ever met. The hotel is amazing value for money. It's a stones throw from the beach. It feels more like a home from home than any place I have stayed in Lowestoft. I can highly recommend.
