Chris sbd Nikki are very friendly people, the room was spotless .the bed was soft and the pillows a little too soft. Great value otherwise

"The House Manager was lovely, very welcoming and extremely helpful."

The location was amazing. Overlooking the promenade and the beach. No breakfast available at this venue.

I was only there overnight to attend a funeral. Would have been lovely to stay longer and enjoy Lowestoft.

Lovely sea view!

Room was a bit too small, I was expecting something little better than that. The rest room and shower was both in a tiny little room so we could barely move in there.
