Maybe a better mattress and bigger bed.

I liked the Location. The Thatch Cafe across the road with Seaview from my Room Window was lovely. Nice and clean and enough Tea/Coffee for my 2 Nights stay.

No Toilet in My room so having to open close my room door which was noisy for other guests to have to listen to when I woke up early in the morning to do a wee. Maybe the door stiffness could be looked into for other’s sakes. The Toilet/Bathroom although Very Clean, was for My Sole Use but no outside lock on the door to keep other guests out. I left a small trap to see if anyone else used my Toilet and yes - someone else had. So should have a lock on the outside of the door. I guess I was expecting a small fridge in my room to keep my drinks chilled but no fridge in the room, sadly. I also had to park 3 blocks away from the Hotel so with retrieving bags from my car - I walked up and down the road 4 times there-4 times back again took about 15 mins each trip. Couldn’t get anywhere nearer without having to Pay in the Pay & Display Car parks!

Location A fan was already in the room to try and cool the room during very hot weather. USB Sockets provided.

The double duvet didn't cover us. Need either a king sheet or king duvet. The garden view, there is no garden, just a yard, no that we needed to use it or look out.

We love this property and the staff. This is our go to place whenever we go to Lowestoft now we can’t stay with mom.

Nothing we love it here

It is the cleanest place away from home I have ever stayed in, no dust at all. Clean cups, sheets...everything was clean, spacious family room. Lovely and accomodating owner/manager. Nice and close to the pier and sandy beach. Will definately return when the weather is warmer. The room was nice and warm, despite the outside weather as it was raining and low temperatures on the weather forecast.

No dislikes, more of a request, if there was a packet of hot chocolate per day available it would have been nice for me as I can't have coffee. Tea was fine but I don't like milk in tea and a warm miljy drink before bed on holiday goes down well. That said, we baught some cheaply at a shop close by and it reaaly wasn't a problem and I am sure if I bothered to ask the owner/manager before hand she likely would have helped me out with it.

Perfect location, easy parking for free in the street outside, great sea views. Very clean room with tea and coffee facilities. Be aware it’s all good if you have no issues with stairs as rooms are on several floors

Nothing except would have been nice to have a hair dryer

The location towards the beach- would be a draw for some without being aware the sun rises directly into the thin curtains and unless you sleep like the dead you will be awake from approximately 4am.

Flimsy curtains allowing daylight in PA test out of date- annual test. Thin duvet and poor quality pillows. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. Tiny en suite. Unable to dispense soap in any other location other than in the sink. Ideally like stair rails on both sides.
