Meranova Guest Inn

Good location in central historic Dunedin, with plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance and close to the marina. The Pineallas trail was brilliant for walking and cycling.

Didn't like the fact that there is no one there to welcome you on arrival. Owner sent a msg on the phone but it didn't give clear enough instructions on how to get into the room plus you have to know exactly which room you booked. Didn't like the foam mattress, it was uncomfortable and made you hot. Very small bathroom in the garden suite room. There are issues with lots of bugs/mosquitoes around , hence they provide lots of sprays for your use. We sprayed, but even so we got bitten quite a lot.

I loved this place!!! Will be returning next spring break!! Excellent location. You can walk everywhere. The units have everything you need and it has a great pool!!!

We liked everything . The bed was comfortable. The grounds were private location couldn’t be beat. The pool was just perfect .

Perfect location close to Saturday market, restaurants, our concerts, we parked the car upon arrival and walked everywhere.

That we had to leave this piece of paradise!

The Meranova is a really lovely Inn. Ideal location downtown across from a small park with well-kept gardens and a very nice pool. The bath was quite large, with a deep soaking tub and shower. Bed was very comfortable. Every suite is different, some with a porch and direct access to the grounds.

The furniture was a bit dated but functional. Kitchenette was compact with a couple or solo traveler in mind. The "goodie" basket filled with treats was a nice touch.

Great property, nice pool area, very convenient and walkable.

The cottage was absolute perfection for our wedding weekend. I am completely obsessed and dying to book our next staycation here. It was adorable!! The check in / out process was so easy and staff clearly went above and beyond to set up the cottage for us.
