The Madeline Boutique Hotel & Suites

The hotel is made of container, soundproof is bad, toilet is small and no space for personal kits. Room and bed is comfortable and big enough. Also clean room, but no Aircon for hallway, nearby us not convenient for dinner and shopping.breakfast is poor, just very few foods served.

Although the place looks decent but could have improve in maintenance the staff was accommodating and friendly. The service was exceptional we actually left something valuable behind and they called us to inform we were surprised there are still honest and kind people.

The bed , bathroom & ample storage

There was termite shavings in the bathroom & daybed every single day piling up . That was so gross! They charge us for early check -in but wanted us to pay it with no invoice . Only the waters were billed . I had to request it to billed .

I liked the security, breakfast was nice.

Location was not the best, nothing to important close by. I wish there was a wider variety of dinner food maybe more sides geared towards foreigners. I thought the windows were a bit thin as I could hear everything going on outside.

I like the concept. It's simple. Nothing too fancy but spot on to sleep-in comfortably. Food is good and the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. This will be a go to haven for us. 💚

B'fast was o.k. & in line with the standard of accom. Fried eggs & bacon, toast & jam + coffee.

Just the location of the hotel, but I think that was apparent to me when I booked. Out of the way of just about everything. Staff were polite & easy to talk to. Only a P60+ fare from the hotel to Ecoland bus terminal{main one}.
