"A welcoming and comfortable hotel, brilliantly located for Malvern and the hills."

Comfortable room, fabulous shower and glorious breakfast. We also had dinner in the hotel - a varied and interesting menu and the food well cooked and presented.

Our room was a bit cold on our first evening - but our fault, we didn't do anything about it!

Central location with parking. Excellent breakfast with great staff. Nice little touches in the room to make you feel very welcome. Traditional hotel with charm. Very clean

Fabulous all round. Room and hotel beautifully renovated. Lovely room, very comfortable with thoughtful touches (loved the sweets bowl in the room). Breakfast was superb. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar area has a great vibe. For us the hotel was ideally located to the theatre. We’ll be back - highly recommend

This is our 4th visit to the property and it did not disappoint. Staff are friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable, rooms spacious and clean, breakfasts are fabulous & evening meal are good value & delicious. Plus a great location.
