Great location (30min wallk to the sea and Oceanografico), enough wardrobs and drawers, balcony (small but for this price you don t have a lot of places with balcony), host is friendly and proactive, always available

The room with balcny should have darkerk curtains as it is to bright in the night

Good location

It was looking a bit better in the pictures. Cleaning was not perfect and the quality was also moderate. Overall it was not bad just not aligned with the booking ranking. Overall i would give 6-7

The apartment was very nice and spaceos. The owner gave us all the details a day before how to collect the key. In the kitchen you have all the things for cooking (pots and pans, salt, oil....). They also have aircon for warmer months and for colder they provide heater and blankets. Balcony is nice. Metro is only two blocks away. It was very cozy place to stay. It was clean and nicely decorated.
