Cosy apartment with balcony between beach & center 6p

Diana was very friendly and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The flat was spacious and well-equipped. The internal bedroom was quiet and cosy. Very well-communicated, with a lot of shops nearby and a quick direct connection to the city centre by metro. Cute bathroom design :)

The worst thing was the lock on the downstairs door/entrance to the building. There were a couple of times when it refused to open and had me scared that I was locked out of the accommodation. Luckily, it always opened after a while, but something should be done about that lock. The rest are minor suggestions: I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure only instant coffee was provided. Non-instant coffee would be nice, especially since the flat is equipped with a coffee maker. The kitchen would be even better if there was a cutting board and a brush for washing the dishes. Having a shelf for the toiletries in the shower would be nice.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte, so dass man gut zu Fuß ans Meer und auch in die Altstadt kommt. Die Wohnlage ist traditionell und man erlebt das Leben der Mitbewohner. Es sitzt sich abends gut auf dem Balkon, gegenüber liegt ein kleiner Park, man hört die Zikaden. Dank Klimaanlage und Ventilator lässt es sich in der Wohnung gut aushalten.

Buried in the small print is a €40 “cleaning fee” which aside from being completely unrealistic, is also unfair, since we chose this place based on the price. Absolutely not good. The full price should definitely be advertised without hiding more than half the price in small print.
