Great location, Staff were friendly

Bed was very uncomfortable and needs new carpet the whole way through the building it was dirty and ripped in some parts. The room was extremely small no air con just a fan to blow hot air, Very basic.

Location is good. The staff are friendly although not very organised it seemed.

I had booked parking which is available at the hotel but they appeared to know nothing about it. There is no lift. We had a compact room which was compact, barely enough room to walk around one side of the bed. The room looked onto a flat roof and was overlooked. Large windows with only curtains, no net curtains so unable to leave the curtains open without being seen. A member of staff spent at least half an hour sitting on fire escape stairs talking on a mobile and could see into our room, no privacy. Bathroom mirror was so high my wife couldn't use it!

Room was to small.

Staff were so lovely and helpful - I arrived several hours early, but they stored my bag and let me work in the restaurant for the morning. Well located to walk into town without being too close to late night venues that might keep you awake at night.

The room lock was a little bit challenging to figure out, and I still don't know for sure if it was locking when I left my room. However, nothing went missing, so I'll just assume it worked!

It was cheap and quiet.

The mattress was very very old. It cannot be used anywhere. It is not healthy. I stayed in some places around the world, I have never seen this kind of mattress before.

Staff were really helpful, and great location
