The hostess was friendly

The description of the facility was highly misleading. It says it's non-smoking, and while the suite may be, it's connected to the main house which reeks of smoke and we could continuously smell fresh smoke. We would never stay somewhere with smoking, so this was quite a shock. It also said it's 0.6 miles from the airport, which is only true in the sense that you can draw a line on a map from the accommodation to the fenced corner of the airport. It's actually 10 km by road with no public transit (we tried to take a bus and it never came) and it's a 30 euro cab ride.

It is lovely and clean.

The distance to airport need a taxi drive of 30 Euros.

Comfortable apartment for a one night stay. Property is easily accessible by local transit from airport or cruise port with some advance research. Host was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Appreciated the transfer to the airport early in the morning for our flight home. The host was very proficient with translation software on her phone to make Italian to English communication very easy.

Difficult to communicate with host if you do not have WiFi readily available or a European SIM card in your phone providing data to obtain check-in info or announce your arrival. Some noise in the evening from upstairs, but we were trying to sleep fairly early because of early travel the next morning. Odour of cigarette smoke enters this lower apartment from smoking upstairs…..perhaps a better seal around the door to upstairs might help? Also, November is definitely off season for this beach community, so almost no open restaurants close by. This is very definitely a residential neighborhood with nothing much around.

The ground floor unit was very comfortable, with plenty of space and a nice kitchen. The host used an efficient iPhone translator (Italian-English) and was very competent at it, so communication was no problem. The beds were very comfortable. The location is one street from the beach and there is a burger bar across the road. It's about 70 euros to get to Rome by taxi. We stayed for easy access to the airport, and our host took us there for a reasonable fee at 5am for the early flight. It's about 10km by road to the airport terminal, but there was no flight path noise at the unit.

The owner was very kind and wanted to please us, even though she didn't know the language, it wasn't a problem for her (she used the Google app). The apartment is worth the money, close to the airport, close to the beach, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend it, either whether you are on holiday in the area or want to visit Rome.The hygiene was great, everything was clean, there were towels and shower facilities, the kitchen was fully equipped, there were even croissants for the children's snack. The place had everything needed for a short vacation.

Everything was fine, if there is something to note, then it is the pillows, too high for me personally.

Owner Malina was charming as we used Google Translate to handle all that we needed. Restaurant recommendations. Ride to and from airport. Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. We recommend to anyone travelling on budget and wishing to experience a little small town Italian culture near beach.

Bed was okay, would have willing to pay a little more for more comfortable bed. Also would recommend an extra for continental breakfast for 1 day stays

We requested check in 12-1.00 and arrived on time. There was no response from the managers and we waited outside where we thought the unit was (the correct address but no signage for the room.) The area was very rough and littered , building rundown and dirty . Waited for 2 hours outside on the dirt ground( nowhere to sit), still no response to many messages sent. Phoned the number and was told he didn’t speak English and to check WhatsApp chat, which didn’t exist . Finally messaged them to cancel booking and went elsewhere. Sent message to booking.com also to cancel. Finally received the only MMSE sage from El Chicco declining our cancellation. So we paid for it!

Very clean and close to airport

The apartment is clean and well equipped. Air conditioning is a big advantage, as well as the private parking lot right next to the door (extra paid though). There are comfortable beds and quite a big bathroom. It's very near to the beach there and the host is a very kind and funny person, although she doesn't speak English.

There was a bit little of space for 4 people. The bath is not too well covered in my opinion so when you take a shower you have to be careful not to spill too much water. Also the location is not too good when you want to get to Rome, but it's not a problem with the house itself - I'd recommend anyone with this kind of plans to consider looking for something closer to the city.

Great location and a very clean, quiet apartment with everything we needed. Beach and restaurants close by. Melina was awesome, really friendly and provided a very early morning transfer to the airport. We'd definitely stay again.
