Great accommodation for a group

The view.

The air con barely works. It would take all day to get cool. Which was an issue as when that sun came through (especially in the bedroom with no doors) it would be very hot and blinding. Some blinds would be beneficial here also. The balcony doors did not work. We actually fixed them. The cleaning was not up to standard. There was rubbish under the beds left over from previous tenants. Doors and walls were grotty. The water leaked into the bathroom everytime you would have a shower. The ensuite toilet leaks. The front door bracket fell off and hit us in the head. The vacuum cleaner needs an upgrade. Barely works. The carpets are very dirty and stained. The couches were not comfortable. One in particular seemed to be broken. The furniture needs an upgrade.

Everything was perfect

The location is perfect with a beautiful spot and accessible to shops, restaurants, beach and especially the sky deck.

we are a group of three families with one child each. We had the room closer to the lounge. The sliding door was stuck from our first day of stay. It was cold and windy. My son was scared and couldn’t sleep. There was also a draft from that room so we moved our beds in the lounge. The outlets need to be fixed and unsafe for children. There’s only one safe outlet in the above room mentioned. No wifi

what I did`nt like was that we had to go home early

The view and the location was the only good thing about me and my families experience.

The beds had bends in them and the mattresses were filthy and extremely uncomfortable. There was someones dirty underwear left under the TV cabinet that my 5 year old son picked up and asked who's they were. The pots and pans had dried crusty black stuff stuck to the bottom of them and could not be cooked with. The windows did not seal properly and were causing the blinds to bang against the windows through the night. There was lollies and wrappers down the sides of the lounges and they had horrible stains on them. The apartment is poorly maintained and not worth the money it cost me and my family to stay there. We did not have 1 decent nights sleep due to the mattresses bending in the middle and being extremely thin due to wear.
