There was a few holes in the walls

The apartment was in an amazing location, checking in and out was really easy. We had a lot of facilities we could use like the pools, gym and spa. Our host Kevin was really friendly and if we had any issues, he would always find a solution. Thanks, Kevin, for providing us an amazing experience at your apartment!

Good location, nice staff, pretty spacious

for a group of 9 people, 1 car space wasn’t enough. a few old bangs in the walls and one room wasn’t fully enclosed (no door and just windows).

Please read this to avoid disappointment like we experienced. Apartment did not match the photos in terms of general upkeep. In person, the apartment is starting to feel run down, especially when compared to apartments in the same building that are managed by the hotel (which I recommend over this one, but more on that later). Some of the blinds needed repair, and the beds were absolutely horrible -- they were old and creaky, and even the bases sagged when sitting. We had to find something to put under the base of the bed to avoid sleeping in the shape of a banana. We were unpleasantly surprised to find there was no wi-fi available for the apartment. We also found that both TVs didn't work. I informed the owner and he sent someone to fix without my permission while we were out. So we had a complete stranger in the apartment with all our belongings out in the open. Later that night the TVs stopped working again. We had originally booked 4 nights. After the first full day out we returned to find we had been locked out! The electronic key did not work, and because the apartment is not managed by the hotel, there was nothing they could do. I rang the owner and he sent the guy who earlier tried to fix the TVs. That guy turned up 30 minutes later but was also not able to access the apartment. The owner then called a locksmith and we had to wait another 45 minutes. The locksmith was able to access the apartment and determine that the door lock had run out of battery. By now the situation was farcical at best, so I asked the owner for a refund on the remaining nights. The owner agreed (I have a message to prove it) and we booked an apartment with the hotel (which we loved). However, one month later and still no refund, and the owner will not reply to messages or calls. Got Booking.com involved, and owner told them he had refunded but did not provide evidence. In truth there has been no refund. I hope this review helps others to avoid stress and disappointment!

Excellent communication leading up to check in. Spacious, tidy apartment and amazing views. Short walk to Cavill Ave.

We were unable to find any Wi-Fi details, we contacted Kevin and had no response. A few things requiring maintenance. Jets in spa bath in ensuite didn't work.
