Hotel Singular Coyoacán

Me gusto la atención del personal

We rented a loft (the Jalapeno loft) it overlooks the street on the 2nd floor. It was comfortable but please note it doesn't have air conditioning but at night, Coyoacan is in the 80's during the day and 50's at night so you don't really need it. They do provide you with a fan so it was not bad at all. It does have a functioning kitchen, but no utensils or pans to cook with. La senora Lidia is an excellent host very nice, approachable and is there for anything you need. The hotel is in a very safe area, in front of the hotel, they have a missionary convent, and this hotel is only 3 blocks away from downtown and there is places to eat within walking distance. The only concern for me was the lack of air conditioning but it didn't really affect my stay at all. Will definitely recommend if you need a safe stay, comfortable stay within walking distance to downtown, the main plaza, mercado, and places to grab a bite. Will book another stay next year if we decide to visit Coyoacan.

El personal es amable, el alojamiento es bueno, sin embargo, el mantenimiento es mejorable y deben considerar el cambio de algunas partes del mobiliario.

Es una propiedad buena para alguien con un presupuesto ya que por la zona esta económicamente accesible, pero no cuenta con aire acondicionado y algunas habitaciones no tienen ventilación exterior.

Tienen un poco descuidado el baño, los muebles del mismo están muy maltratados, creo es hora de cambiarlos, la regadera sale a cuenta gotas, la puerta corrediza del baño cuesta mucho trabajo abrir y cerrar, el papel de baño que ponen es más delgado que un papel de china,

Loved the stay here! Fairly clean and quite spot

The location is great but the property is barely fit for purpose. Doors that are broken, plumbing that clogs constantly, a fan switch that sparks, no water pressure and leaks, no air conditioning. Avoid unless you have to stay in the area

La persona que te recibe siempre es muy amable y cordial, el espacio es limpio y agradable. Solo tengo una recomendación para los dueños del espacio, inviertan en cubrecolchon más cómodos y nuevos, el que me toco (en esta ocasión) ya es muy incomodo porque está muy desgastado.

La señora Lidia fue muy amable y agradable. Agradecemos mucho su atención en todo momento. La casa es bonita y con excelente ubicación.
