It has a beautiful beach, nice pool, very friendly host. Quite and peaceful

The breakfast is poor, the price for this accommodation higher than it cost

The property is in a great location, right on a very quiet beach. The food was delicious and the staff were superb and very informative about attractions and sites around the area to go and visit

Very good and calm place in general. You don’t find noisy parties and active social life there but you can enjoy awesome ocean and already empty beach. Advantages: - close to ocean - big rooms, clean bedsheets and towels. Towels for pool are also provided - clean area inside hotel - there are few options for breakfast so you can have different dishes during your holiday - there is a menu for lunch and dinner. prices are the similar like in cafes around - Wi-fi works well for using social media and massagers

Disadvantages: - the most disappointing thing there is no hot water - there is no mosquito net in bathroom so one time we found group of big ants on the floor - we stayed 3 nights and no one offered us room cleaning or picked up garbage

You are literally in the middle of nowhere, but it was clear on the description. Good choice if you like silence.

We had a couple of issues, but we talked with the very nice owner Aaruni. More attention to details would be appreciated

The biggest assets of the hotel are helpful and accommodating staff that helped organise our stay in Sri Lanka and the outstanding location of the hotel next to the almost empty and beautiful beach.

- the staff was extremely helpful in every situation and was super friendly - the whole area is clean, nice pool, the resort is next to the beach - 20-30 minutes by tuktuk to tangalle, we were there for having dinner - there‘s not much to do but to relax

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the bathroom was according to our expectations. In the room we found some cockroach, and after the change the room we were not sleeping well as normal, because we were always checking what could come our bed.

The staff was very helpfull, the bed is comfortable, the pool is nice and clean. The location is quiet and same the beach. We were in November and The beach was almost empty.

The property is really nice and has a great pool. The bedroom was very spacious, had really cozy lighting and great balcony with view to the pool and the sea.
