I’ve stayed at many hotels in Sri Lanka, but the staff here truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their constant smiles, kindness, and attention to every detail were something truly special. The way they took care of us was beyond expectations — it felt personal, sincere, and full of warmth. This hotel will always have a special place in my memories because of the incredible team. Just one suggestion: the rooftop has an absolutely amazing view — it’s a perfect spot to relax. However, there were no seats or umbrellas to sit under, which was a missed opportunity. Adding some seating and shade would make a huge difference and allow guests to enjoy that breathtaking view comfortably.
